Statement prepared: 18 July 2026

This statement applies to advancedconcepts.co.uk. Advanced Web Concepts Limited wants the website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use assistive technology, enlarge text or prefer reduced motion.

1. Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as part of product quality rather than an optional visual extra. We aim to remove unnecessary barriers and make reasonable improvements when a visitor reports a problem.

This is a private-sector company website rather than a public-sector service. We nevertheless use recognised web-accessibility principles as a practical benchmark and aim to provide an experience broadly aligned with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable.

2. Design and content approach

The website uses a consistent heading structure, semantic page regions, readable typography, responsive layouts and clear visual hierarchy. Pages are designed to reflow across desktop, tablet and mobile screens without requiring a separate mobile website.

We try to avoid conveying important meaning through colour alone. Interactive controls are intended to have visible labels or accessible names, and decorative imagery is excluded from assistive-technology output where appropriate.

3. Accessibility features

The website includes a skip link for keyboard users, visible keyboard focus styling, keyboard-operable navigation and form controls, meaningful page titles, labelled enquiry fields and error feedback. Text can be enlarged using standard browser controls and the layout is intended to adapt without horizontal scrolling at common viewport sizes.

Visitors who enable reduced-motion preferences at operating-system or browser level receive substantially reduced transitions and animation. The sketch-to-software video is muted and is supplementary rather than essential to understanding the service.

4. Browser and assistive-technology compatibility

The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers on modern desktop and mobile operating systems. Older browsers or heavily customised browser settings may not reproduce every visual effect, but core content and navigation should remain available.

We have designed the site to support standard keyboard navigation and common screen-reader interpretation. Compatibility can vary between operating systems, browsers and assistive technologies, so feedback about a specific combination is useful.

5. Known limitations

Some product screenshots contain interface text that is too small to read when displayed as a promotional image. The important product information is repeated in nearby headings, descriptions and feature content so that understanding the page does not depend on reading text inside a screenshot.

Some decorative orbital and globe graphics are created for visual presentation and do not convey unique information. They are therefore hidden from assistive technology. The self-hosted promotional animation does not currently include an audio description because it has no spoken audio and the same concept is explained in adjacent written content.

We do not claim that every page has been independently audited against every WCAG success criterion. Accessibility will be reviewed as the site and content evolve.

6. Alternative formats and assistance

If information on the website is difficult to access, contact us and explain the page, content and format required. We will consider a reasonable alternative such as plain text, a larger document or direct assistance, depending on the request and the information involved.

7. Feedback and response

Accessibility problems can be reported to sales@advancedconcepts.co.uk or by telephone on 01634 672677. Please include the page address, a description of the problem, the device or browser used and any assistive technology involved.

We aim to acknowledge a substantive accessibility report within five working days and will explain what action is possible or whether more information is required. Complex technical changes may take longer to investigate and implement.

8. Preparation and review of this statement

This statement was prepared on 18 July 2026 from a review of the website’s templates, navigation, keyboard behaviour, responsive layouts, reduced-motion handling, forms and content structure. It will be reviewed when significant design or functional changes are introduced and otherwise periodically.
