Effective date: 18 July 2026
These terms govern use of advancedconcepts.co.uk. They do not replace the separate written terms that may apply to a software project, licence, subscription, support arrangement or individual Advanced Concepts application.
1. Agreement and company details
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.
The website is operated by Advanced Web Concepts Limited, trading publicly as Advanced Concepts. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 06037085. The registered office is Leonard House, 5–7 Newman Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1RJ.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about Advanced Concepts, its software products, development services and approach to projects. Content is provided for general business information and does not amount to legal, financial, regulatory, safety or other professional advice for a particular situation.
Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer to undertake work, grant a licence, provide support or supply a product on specific terms. A binding commitment arises only when the relevant parties agree clear written terms.
3. Enquiries, estimates and project discussions
Submitting a contact form or discussing a project does not create a customer relationship or obligation to accept the work. Initial comments about feasibility, timing or likely cost are indicative until requirements have been reviewed and a written proposal or agreement has been accepted.
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during an enquiry is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Confidential or commercially sensitive material should not be sent at the initial stage unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement has been agreed.
4. Product information and availability
We aim to describe our products accurately, but applications evolve. Screenshots, functions, platforms, subscription terms, release status and availability may change. The current App Store listing, in-app information, product-specific terms and privacy notice take precedence where they differ from a general website description.
References to artificial intelligence or automated features do not guarantee that output will always be complete, correct or suitable for reliance without review. Users remain responsible for checking outputs and applying appropriate professional judgement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website design, Advanced Concepts branding, logos, text, graphics, videos, product names, screenshots, software concepts and other content are owned by or licensed to Advanced Web Concepts Limited and are protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website material without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits it.
Third-party trade marks and platform names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, overwhelm its infrastructure, bypass security controls, impersonate another person or submit material that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful.
Automated access, extraction or scanning must not place an unreasonable load on the website or be used to copy protected content, identify vulnerabilities without permission, or build a competing dataset or service.
7. Third-party links
The website may link to app stores, regulatory resources and other external services. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or accept responsibility for the third-party website, its availability, security, content or privacy practices.
8. Website availability and security
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, hosting issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for using suitable device security, browser updates and malware protection when accessing the website or downloading material.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the website and are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or use of an external website.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any liability connected with a paid product or project is governed by the applicable product or contractual terms.
10. Privacy and cookies
Use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Website storage and analytics choices are explained in our Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual dispute connected with the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a consumer in another part of the United Kingdom.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our products, business practices or law. The effective date will be changed when a material revision is published.
Questions about these terms may be sent to sales@advancedconcepts.co.uk.
